Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Elokin macOS application and related website.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Elokin, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
NBCH Tech grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Elokin on Apple devices you own or control, subject to App Store rules. Elokin and its original content remain the property of NBCH Tech and its licensors.
3. Requirements and models
Elokin requires a compatible version of macOS and supported Apple silicon hardware. Some features require separately downloaded machine-learning models and sufficient disk space. Model availability, performance, and compatibility may change.
4. Your content
You retain your rights in the speech, text, prompts, and other content you process with Elokin. You are responsible for that content and for reviewing generated or transformed text before relying on or sharing it.
5. Third-party services
If you connect a cloud provider or download a third-party model, your use is also governed by that provider’s terms. You are responsible for your credentials, charges, content policies, and configuration. NBCH Tech does not control third-party services.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Elokin, interfere with its operation, circumvent security measures, violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, or use the app to distribute harmful or unlawful content.
7. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every transcription will be accurate. Back up important content and verify results appropriate to your use case.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elokin is provided “as is” and without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. NBCH Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the app. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Termination
You may stop using Elokin at any time. We may terminate this license if you materially breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of France, without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Contact contact@elokin.app with questions.
